We really enjoy face-to-face meetings with our clients, but like you we need to keep our people safe and ensure everyone feels comfortable in meetings.

We have two team members who are immunocompromised, and one who is recovering from surgery, so keeping on top of our COVID protocols is really front of mind for us.

With COVID-19 cases popping up closer to home we have taken the opportunity to tighten up our procedures around people coming and going from the office and ask that you help us with the following processes:

  • We are happy to meet with up to two people from your organisation at TGM.
  • All visitors must scan in.
  • Face masks will be worn by everyone in the meeting. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with a reusable TGM one.
  • We will not offer refreshments at the moment as we want to ensure face masks are not removed.
  • We will ensure we meet in a large, well-ventilated room.
  • We will not host visitors in offices or in the design studio.
  • We are happy to meet off-site, outside or via zoom if that works better for you.
  • We have contactless pickup and delivery.

Lastly, many of our team have young families and we’re all sensible people aware of not putting ourselves or our clients at risk by doing anything outside work hours that could increase our chance of being exposed to the virus.
